Multiple Bottles Policy
- The guarantee applies to your first bottle only.
- Any additional bottles must be unopened and returned to qualify for a refund.
- Opened bottles beyond the first are not refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping of unopened bottles (if applicable). We recommend using a tracked service.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, though banks may take longer to post the credit.
Subscription Orders & Billing
Once a subscription billing cycle has been processed, the charge is final and non-refundable.
If you cancel your subscription after a charge has already been completed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped. The cancellation will apply to all future billing cycles only.
To avoid being charged for your next order, subscriptions must be canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture. Store credit is not guaranteed and is not a cash refund.
